Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Representative with us, you will become an important ambassador for Avis Budget. You are responsible for providing our customers with a safe, smooth, and professional experience.

The role involves both sales and relationship building, where your service-focused approach contributes to satisfied customers and good results.

Your main tasks will include:

• greeting and assisting customers at the rental desk
• 
  
• actively working with upselling and guiding customers to the right solution
• 
  
• maintaining customer contact via phone and email
• 
  
• writing contracts and handling administrative tasks
• 
  
• following daily routines and checklists
• 
  
• conducting vehicle inventory and ensuring cars are ready for rental

Job Requirements

• Driver's license B (manual and automatic)

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

Compensation

Hourly wage, additional pay according to collective agreement, and commission.

Scope

The position is a needs-based employment. Evening and weekend work may occur.
