Administrator with a focus on land agreements and process development

Are you a meticulous administrator who thrives on responsibility, structure, and numerous points of contact? We are now looking for an administrator who wants to work with land agreements, coordination, and process development in a business-oriented role.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage agreements with landowners
  • Handle payments to landowners
  • Be responsible for registration with the Land Survey Authority and archiving in systems and projects
  • Manage communication with landowners, utility owners, authorities, and other parties related to the handling of land agreements
  • Collaborate with internal and external resources such as project managers, connection engineers, preparers, the permits department, and other relevant project members and external contacts

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Has experience in writing meeting minutes and other administrative tasks
  • Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
  • Possesses good communication skills in both spoken and written form
  • Is familiar with systems and has good computer skills
  • Has experience working in systems such as SOS, SharePoint, Microsoft 365, and knowledge of GDPR

It is an advantage if you have

  • Experience in similar tasks
  • Experience with contract or construction agreements
  • Experience in permit processes, e.g., knowledge of valuation protocols, land lease agreements (MUA), easements, etc.

To succeed in the role, you have the following personal qualities:

  • Independent, proactive, and curious
  • Not afraid to make phone contact
  • Very meticulous and detail-oriented
