We are looking for an experienced management consultant who can support an organization in the energy sector with behavior and culture development for staff in a national control room. The assignment focuses on further developing leadership, common working methods, and a sustainable culture that strengthens collaboration, learning, and joint development.

The work is structured and continuous, in close cooperation with the operational organization of the business. Simulator exercises and training initiatives are used as central tools to create reflection, dialogue, and practical learning.

• Continue and further develop leadership training for staff in a control room environment.
• Drive culture development in the control room and related operations within the operational area.
• Plan, implement, and follow up on training initiatives related to simulator exercises and upcoming drills.
• Actively participate in exercise management/counterplay for cross-functional exercise activities.
• Develop and implement ongoing employee evaluations (feedback) of both control room work and exercises.
• Train employees in methods for employee evaluations.
• Lead feedback and evaluation moments in connection with training and simulations.
• Conduct mapping, interviews, situational assessments, and workshops.
• Support parallel initiatives and projects through coordination, project management, and communication.
• Create trust in chosen methods and working practices among affected employees.

• At least 5-8 years of experience as a management consultant or in a similar role.
• Documented experience in leading and conducting leadership training.
• Experience in culture development and change management in operational environments.
• Experience in planning and facilitating workshops as well as conducting interviews and mappings.
• Experience in developing, implementing, and training in feedback and evaluation methodology.
• Ability to undergo and be approved in a security clearance (requires Swedish citizenship, dual citizenship is not permitted)

• Experience in exercise management/counterplay and working with simulator-based exercises.
• Experience from control room operations or other critical infrastructure environments.
