Our Mission:

We are looking for a driven Business Controller for our client's IT department in Stockholm. The assignment is initially a consulting role for approximately 6 months with the possibility of extension. The position is full-time, with flexibility to work 2–3 days a week remotely. The office is centrally located in Stockholm and offers a modern working environment where you can contribute to strategic and exciting IT projects.

Responsibilities:

You will support IT management and be responsible for financial monitoring, analysis, and management of IT-related investments and costs in a global network operation. In this role, you will be part of the Finance Controller team, but work closely with the IT department and various IT teams as well as with Finance and business areas globally.

Examples of tasks;

  • Develop and be responsible for the budgeting and forecasting work for IT
  • Monthly and quarterly follow-up to IT management and business areas
  • Analysis of investments, business cases, and cost efficiency
  • Support management of IT initiatives and international projects in a global environment
  • Follow-up of suppliers, contracts, and SLAs
  • Development of processes, reports, and KPIs within IT governance
  • Active part of the FP&A team and support other business areas

Your Background:

We are looking for someone who combines financial expertise with an understanding of IT and digital infrastructure. You are confident in your role as a Controller and experienced in collaborating with international teams. You have an academic background in finance, IT, or equivalent. In addition to several years of experience as a Controller, preferably with a focus on IT and global collaborations, you also have a good understanding of IT environments, networks, and digital infrastructure.
