What will you be working on?

As an HR Business Partner within the Property business area, you will work closely with our business and support and develop managers in their daily work. Your main tasks include developing and implementing HR initiatives and driving HR work forward. You will be a key person in ensuring that our HR processes support the business goals and business plan.

You will belong to a team with two HR Business Partners and an HR manager. The HRBP team collaborates closely with the group's other HR functions where you contribute with your specialist expertise.

Examples of tasks:

  • Lead, develop, and implement HR work in accordance with business plans and HR initiatives.
  • Support managers in leadership, employee engagement, labor law, and the organizational work environment.
  • Provide professional HR advice during procurements, bids, startups, integrations, business transitions, and contract terminations.
  • Facilitate internal mobility and contribute to skills development.

Who are you?

In this role, we are looking for someone with a solid professional foundation across the entire HR spectrum. You need to be able to independently drive HR issues in a complex environment and act, both operationally and strategically, as a sounding board for managers in your assigned areas.

  • At least 10 years of experience in qualified HR work at an operational level.
  • At least 3 years of experience in contributing to the development of HR strategy and initiatives related to the business.
  • Documented experience in creating scalable HR initiatives and activities.
  • Broad and solid knowledge of labor law and collective bargaining as well as experience working with multiple collective agreements.
  • Experience working in large companies.
  • Experience working with both salaried and hourly employees.
  • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English.

About the position

  • Employment type: Permanent.
  • Employment rate: 100%.
  • Working hours: 40 hours/week.
  • Start date: By agreement.
