Sherry Beauty is a modern aesthetic clinic in Stockholm focusing on injection treatments, laser hair removal, medical skincare, and hair, beard, and eyebrow transplants. We also run an Academy where we train practitioners in aesthetic medicine.

We are now looking for a dedicated and service-oriented receptionist to join our team.

Responsibilities

As a receptionist with us, you will play a central role in the daily operations of the clinic and the patient experience. Responsibilities include:

• Managing customer service

• Answering patient calls and emails

• Handling bookings, rescheduling, and cancellations in the booking system

• Welcoming surgical patients and ensuring a professional reception

• Coordinating patient flow in the clinic

• Providing snacks and lunch for surgical patients as needed

• Administrative support to practitioners

• Managing the clinic's Instagram (filming, simple content, marketing)

• Assisting in the daily operations of the reception

The Position

• Full-time

• Salary according to agreement

• Start date: As soon as possible

Qualifications

• Experience in receptionist or customer service roles is an advantage

• Interest in aesthetic medicine is a plus

• Service-oriented, structured, and communicative
