About the Position

Are you a structured person with an eye for detail and a passion for service? We are looking for an Office Coordinator for an important role where you will be the hub of the daily office flow and the face of the company.

As an Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating a well-functioning and pleasant office environment. You are the first point of contact for both visitors and employees, ensuring that the day-to-day operations run smoothly, both practically and administratively. This role is suitable for you who are service-oriented, proactive, and enjoy varied tasks and solving practical challenges in your workday.

Responsibilities

As an office coordinator, you will be responsible for

  • Welcoming and receiving customers

  • Responding to incoming emails and calls

  • Organizing events, afterworks, farewells, and other gatherings

  • Managing lunch orders

  • Maintaining contact with suppliers

  • Keeping order and creating a pleasant atmosphere in the office

  • Invoicing and handling mail/courier services.

  • Creating access cards

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a few years of experience in a service-oriented role, preferably within office services or reception. As a person, you are solution-oriented, flexible, and unpretentious, with an eye for what needs to be done – before anyone asks for it. You have good initiative and are not afraid to try new things. Additionally, you are structured, enjoy handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and have a natural ability to collaborate.

We also appreciate if you have:

  • Experience with similar tasks

  • Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

  • Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.

Other

Start date: Immediately

Scope: Full-time, Monday-Friday 8-17

Salary: Individual salary setting (Collective agreement Unionen)
