CK Trafikskola AB is expanding – and now we are making a big investment in Jakobsberg!

We are located within a 5-minute walk from Jakobsberg Centrum and offer our students training in completely newly renovated, fresh, and modern facilities. An education with us is something the student carries with them for a lifetime – both in terms of traffic safety and the experience along the way.

With over 22 years of experience in traffic education, we continue to grow, and quality is – and will always be – our primary focus. We are now looking for someone who wants to help build and further develop our operations in Jakobsberg starting from 1/6-2026.

About the role

In connection with our expansion in Jakobsberg, we are now looking for a Customer Support who will work closely with our Regional Manager and have a key role in the daily operations.

At the same time, you will be the face of our new establishment in Jakobsberg. You will be responsible for the reception, welcoming visitors, and ensuring that the premises always maintain a high standard. You will also assist with simple financial administration, such as invoice management.

This is an opportunity for you who want to be involved from the start in a growing business and actively contribute to establishing structures, routines, and culture in our new initiative.

Requirements

• You speak Swedish, English, Syriac, and Arabic (required)
• You can write fluently in Swedish and English (required)
• You have a B driver's license (required)

Job responsibilities:

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Handling and responding to emails and customer inquiries
• Booking and administrating lessons and courses
• Minute-taking at internal meetings
• Independent coordination of calendar and planning together with the Regional Manager
• Administrative support in the operations
• Compiling documents and activity plans
• Overall responsibility for the office premises in Jakobsberg
• Welcoming external visitors and customers
• Marketing via social media
• Weekly purchases
• Searching for and booking driving test times for students
• Daily customer contact via phone and SMS (Swedish, English, Arabic)
• Daily dialogue with driving instructors and the Regional Manager
• Following up on students' education
• Booking students based on their preferred day and time
• Ensuring that the reception, theory room, and premises are clean and welcoming
• Preparing for courses
• Compiling and analyzing material for reports
• Developing and streamlining routines
• Driving projects and planning events

Introduction

Introduction and training will take place over a month – longer if needed. This is because we have our own developed business systems.

Opening hours and working hours

We are open Monday - Sunday and you will work weekdays Monday - Friday. Weekend work may be required if necessary.
