Driven Receptionist Wanted in Kista

We are looking for a driven and self-sufficient receptionist with experience in providing a high level of service for our client in Kista. As a receptionist, you are more than just a representative; you are the face of the company and are expected to deliver an exceptional level of service.

About the Position

Location: Kista.
Start: April 1, 2026.
The assignment will last for 6 months, with a good chance of extension.
Scope: Full-time during office hours.
Unfortunately, there is no possibility for leave during the summer.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors
• Manage access cards on site
• Administrative tasks such as handling emails and orders
• Contact with suppliers
• Handle fault reports
• Patrol the client's premises
• Manage switchboard and telephony

Who Are You?

We are looking for someone who has previously worked in a reception, has a high level of service, takes initiative, and believes in providing an exceptional customer experience. You should also be outgoing, responsible, and have a positive attitude.

Good computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite are essential. Excellent proficiency in both Swedish and English, spoken and written, is also required.
