ABOUT THE POSITION

We are looking for someone studying a post-secondary education who wants to be part of an exciting transformation journey. On behalf of our client, a public entity in water and waste management, we are seeking a part-time consultant who will join a warm, helpful, and unpretentious team where you will support and work with first-line support. You will handle cases related to Norrtälje municipality's customers regarding issues such as water and waste. You will assist your colleagues in the team with managing incoming customer inquiries via phone and email, support customers through the app, and work with various administrative tasks.

The assignment begins with a training period where you will receive support, education, and introduction. The scope during the assignment:

  • May: 8h/week - during introduction and training
  • June - August: 6h/week - regular shift requirement
  • Week 28-31 - 40h/week

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

You will primarily work in first-line support, with the opportunity to develop into second-line support. Your tasks will primarily involve handling cases related to waste collection, sludge disposal, water, and sewage.

  • Handle incoming cases from private and business customers via phone and email
  • Manage invoice, subscription, and complaint cases
  • Handle order placement and additional orders
  • Guide customers in the business's user app
  • Document and register cases in the system

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

  • Are a student or have another primary occupation of at least 50%
  • Have relevant work experience in service and administration
  • Have good system and computer skills
  • Have excellent knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form

It is an advantage if you have:

  • Studied environmental science or have an interest in community building
  • Experience in customer service where the primary tools have been the phone
