ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our client who operates in the distribution of electronic components. The assignment is full-time with an immediate start and initially lasts for six months with a chance of extension.

The company is characterized by high competence, long experience, and a family-like atmosphere where employees stay for a long time. You will be part of a helpful team that supports each other and works closely with both customers, suppliers, and the headquarters in Germany.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work as a consultant for our client.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you have overall responsibility for about 30 assigned customers where you work on both relationship building and business development in your role. You ensure smooth order and delivery flows by managing and following up on backlog and existing orders, working in customer-specific systems, and providing ongoing service via phone and email.

The role involves close collaboration with suppliers and the headquarters in Germany, as well as coordinating issues related to products, inventory, and delivery. You are part of a team where you support each other in daily work, and backlog management is a central part where you play an important role in creating structure and ensuring accurate follow-up.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Have very good knowledge of Swedish and good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, as it is used in daily work
• Have good knowledge of the Office suite
• Have previous work experience in service-oriented roles
