On behalf of our client, we are currently looking for a senior Project Controller for a client in Stockholm. The assignment is full-time and is expected to start on 2026-04-01 and last until 2027-03-31.

About the assignment As a Project Controller, you will work to strengthen governance within a technical service unit responsible for IT operations. The assignment has a clear focus on establishing and further developing a structured and systematic business follow-up through analysis, reporting, and decision support.

You are responsible for collecting, structuring, and analyzing data from the business and ensuring high quality in the follow-up of finances, resources, and forecasts. The work is carried out in close collaboration with the controller function and managers, where you contribute with analysis and documentation to support governance and strategic decisions.

Examples of tasks • Collection and structuring of business and financial data • Forecasting work as well as trend and scenario analyses • Follow-up of costs, budgets, outcomes, and resource consumption • Preparation of monthly reports, key figures, and visualized dashboards • Identification of deviations and risks and preparation of action proposals • Preparation of decision support for management and steering groups

Expected deliverables include monthly reports with outcomes and forecasts, analysis materials for scenarios, dashboards, and decision support for management forums.

Other: Start: 2026-04-01 End: 2027-03-31 Scope: 100% Location: Stockholm, with the possibility of remote work up to 2 days a week. Employment type: Employed by Devotum as the client does not approve subcontractors in this process.

About you We are looking for someone who meets the following mandatory requirements:

• At least 8 years of work experience as a project controller, data analyst, or similar role

• Documented work experience in handling large data sets and advanced analysis

• Work experience in business governance within an IT operations environment

It is a merit if you also meet the following requirements:

• Experience from the public sector or authority
