The Labour Court is a special court tasked with adjudicating labor law disputes. A labor dispute is a dispute concerning collective agreements or another dispute relating to the relationship between employers and employees. The Labour Court's decisions cannot be appealed.

The Labour Court operates in a heritage-listed building in Gamla Stan, Stockholm.

Job Responsibilities

As a court assistant, you will support the court clerks in various tasks, such as handling incoming documents, communicating in cases and matters, issuing judgments and decisions, as well as other administrative tasks.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is studying full-time in the law program and has passed the first six semesters, which must include courses in labor law, procedural law, and administrative law. Experience in administrative work within public administration may be an advantage.

You have excellent knowledge of the Swedish language in both speech and writing, as the tasks involve contact with parties and the public.

You are responsible, service-oriented, and meticulous. You are also structured and efficient. You have good judgment and a flexible approach. You can work independently but also find it easy to collaborate with others.
