About the Position

On behalf of our client, Poolia is now seeking a structured and meticulous Administrator / Contract Manager for a longer consulting assignment in Solna. This position is suitable for you who are self-driven, service-oriented, and have experience working with contracts, administration, and contacts with various stakeholders.

You will be part of a project organization and play an important role in managing land agreements as well as collaborating with both internal and external parties.

Presence at the office in Solna at least three days a week.

Your Main Responsibilities

Your tasks will include, among other things:

Managing agreements with landowners (sending, following up, and receiving agreements)
Administering compensation to landowners (compensation for land intrusion)
Being responsible for registration with the Land Survey Authority and archiving in systems and projects
Handling communication with landowners, utility owners, authorities, and other relevant parties related to land agreements
Collaborating with internal and external resources such as project managers, connection engineers, preparers, permit departments, and external contacts (landowners, municipalities, the Land Survey Authority, etc.)
Contributing to updating and developing routines within the assignment as Contract Manager
Participating in improvement and development work by suggesting improvements and participating in development work

Who Are You?

Is independent, proactive, and curious
Is meticulous and structured with an eye for detail
Is service-oriented and responsible
Has excellent communication skills in both spoken and written form
Is comfortable with having phone contact as a natural part of the job
Has good computer skills and system familiarity
Has experience working in various systems, such as SharePoint and Microsoft programs, and understands GDPR compliance.
Has a higher vocational education or other post-secondary education (or equivalent experience deemed comparable)

It is advantageous if you have:

A legal background, especially in contract law
Experience with similar tasks
Experience with construction or facility agreements
Experience with permit processes and familiarity with terms such as valuation protocols, land lease agreements (MUA), servitudes, etc.
