Do you want to help develop HR in a dynamic authority where your support makes a difference? We are now looking for an HR Specialist for our governmental client in Stockholm who wants to be a reliable advisor and partner to their managers.

In this role, you will be the contact person for several managers and provide operational support across the entire HR area. You will answer questions about terms, provide advice on personnel matters, and support managers in difficult conversations. You will also handle contacts with employee organizations and contribute to making the managers confident and clear in their employer role.

To be successful in this role, you need

• Availability for an immediate start.

• HR education or equivalent field.

• Experience working as an HR specialist providing managerial support within a government agency.

• Experience from the state/public sector.
