About the job as an administrator

In the role of administrator at Vattenfall, you will be an important part of the business and support both internal and external parties in projects and ongoing work. You will work independently, structured, and with high accuracy in administrative processes related to land agreements and government contacts. The role involves a lot of communication - both verbally and in writing - and is suitable for you who thrive in a service-oriented and varied everyday life.

Common tasks include:

• Manage agreements with landowners - send, follow up, and receive
• Administer compensation and payments to landowners
• Register cases with the Land Surveying Authority and archive in systems and projects
• Communicate with landowners, utility owners, authorities, and other external actors
• Coordinate and follow up questions regarding land agreements and permits
• Collaborate with internal roles such as project managers, connection engineers, preparers, permit departments, and other project members

The person we are looking for

We are looking for someone with several years of experience in administrative work who thrives in a role where structure, service, and communication are central. You work independently, are curious, and have a good ability to handle both details and broader processes. To succeed in the assignment, you are meticulous, communicative, and confident in contact with different types of stakeholders.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in administration in a similar role
• Has very good knowledge of MS Office and generally good system skills
• Can communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
• Has relevant vocational training or higher education
• Is meticulous, structured, service-oriented, and enjoys working independently
• Is not afraid to make phone contacts and can handle many dialogues simultaneously

Meritorious:

• Legal background, especially related to contracts
• Experience in similar assignments within land, permits, or infrastructure
• Experience with contract or construction agreements
• Familiarity with permit processes, such as valuation protocols, land lease agreements (MUA), easements, etc.
