About the assignment

For our municipal client, we are looking for a customer service representative for a temporary position starting as soon as possible until September 30, with a chance for extension. The assignment is performed on-site at the client's office located in Spånga, with working hours from 07:30 to 16:00.

Your tasks

• Handle incoming calls to customer service and switchboard

• Respond to and register cases via customer service mailboxes

• Check the order flow and correct errors, as well as register certain types of orders

• Register and follow up on deviations

• Handle returns, complaints, and express/quick deliveries

• Set up new customers and update customer information

• Generate order statistics and categorize cases for follow-up

• Contribute to developing and updating routines within customer service

• Capture improvement suggestions based on customer needs and feedback

Your qualifications

• High school diploma

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative work

• Ability to quickly adapt to new systems and working methods

• Structured, meticulous, and solution-oriented

• Self-sufficient and confident
