About the role

As a Customer Success Specialist at Northmill, you will play a key role in creating value for both business and retail customers. You will be part of our Customer Success Team that supports customers within business banking, consumer banking, and our payment services. The role involves working broadly to enhance the customer experience and drive satisfaction across our service offerings.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and always puts the customer at the center. You will play an important role in supporting our customers throughout their journey, solving problems, providing proactive support, and helping to strengthen the relationship between customer, technology, and business. Through your understanding of both customer needs and our products, you ensure they get maximum value from our services every day.

Your background

• Experience in customer service and/or sales

• High social and communication skills

• Organized and structured
