Your mission as a District Sales Manager
As a District Sales Manager, you will be a key member of our team and responsible for driving growth strategies for our customers in the region, which includes wholesalers, chains, contractors, and subcontractors. You will report to the company's management in Norway and work closely with the sales department to achieve our growth targets. You will be employed in our Swedish company. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers.
  • Identifying business opportunities and designing strategies to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Understanding and adapting to market trends and customer needs.
  • Being responsible for achieving the company's growth targets and performance requirements for your district.
  • Creating and regularly reporting sales reports and forecasts.


Job responsibilities:

  • Budget and profit responsibility for your own customer portfolio
  • Establishing an annual sales budget and ensuring that targets are met
  • Customer support – primarily for your own customer portfolio and assisting with customer inquiries received via phone
  • Being proactive in seeking sales from existing and new customers
  • Ensuring good development/growth among existing and new customers, as well as customers' customers
  • Responsibility for customer-related activities and other customer-related plans
  • Working on offers and following up on them
  • Conducting courses and training customers in our products
  • First contact for complaints from your own customer portfolio
  • Planning and participating in events, conferences, trade shows, etc.


Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a person who understands the importance of communicating effectively and who can also build and maintain long-term relationships with our customers. Your ability to translate ideas into practical solutions and implement them independently is key to success in this role. You are a goal-oriented individual with a strong focus on sales and growth and want to be part of a team that actively strives to achieve challenging goals. 

We are looking for someone with the following experience and qualifications:

  • Documented experience in industry-related sales with good results
  • Good technical understanding of the masonry and concrete industry or equivalent
  • Comfortable with presentations, reporting, and negotiation
  • Good IT skills
  • Driver's license B
