We are looking for an experienced and business-driven Project Procurement Manager for an assignment within larger, complex projects. The role is suitable for you who have several years of experience in strategic purchasing in project form and who thrives in environments where structure, analysis, and business acumen are crucial for success. The assignment is full-time and will be conducted on-site at the organization, with good opportunities for extension.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and driving purchasing strategies for larger projects, focusing on timelines, budgets, quality, and risk. You will lead the entire purchasing process in the project – from needs analysis and supplier selection to negotiation, contract management, and follow-up of supplier performance. A central part of the role is to drive complex, high-value negotiations at a global level and to ensure the right commercial terms and risk distribution. You will work proactively with supplier and risk management and act as a hub between purchasing and the project's stakeholders, such as technology, legal, finance, and project management. The role also includes reporting and analysis of costs, status, and supplier data to project management and decision-makers.

• 3–7 years of experience in strategic purchasing in a project environment

• Documented experience in driving purchasing work in larger, complex projects

• Very good ability to lead and conduct advanced negotiations

• Strong analytical and financial understanding, including budget and cost tracking

• Excellent communication skills and experience collaborating with multiple stakeholders

• Academic degree in purchasing, finance, engineering, project management, or equivalent

• Experience in purchasing complex systems, such as IT solutions, technical systems, or larger machinery and plant projects

• Experience from technology or industry-related operations

• Project management certification, such as PMP or equivalent

• Ability to manage multiple parallel projects simultaneously

You are structured, business-oriented, and confident in making decisions in complex situations. You work independently, are analytical, and have a strong drive to deliver according to plan. At the same time, you are communicative, trustworthy, and have an easy time building relationships both internally and externally.

The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to current regulations for security protection. For roles with security classification requirements, this may involve citizenship requirements.
