You will work in an environment where collaboration is crucial, acting as a bridge between customer service, purchasing, production, warehouse, and technical functions. Here, you will work both independently and closely with your team, and you will have a clear and important role in ensuring that the order process operates efficiently and in a structured manner.

  • Handling calculations, delivery plans, and forecasts
  • Compiling production documentation before project start and final documentation
  • Daily communication with customers, production, purchasing, and other internal functions
  • Ensuring that the order flow follows procedures and operates without hindrance
  • Coordination in a technical industrial environment with a strong focus on process
  • Ongoing problem-solving and support in case of deviations or changes in the flow

You will work closely with both the office and the workshop, providing a clear connection to production and a concrete understanding of how systems, data, and decisions affect the actual results.
