Agigo is now looking for an accounts payable assistant with experience in Rillion for a well-established company in central Stockholm. This is a temporary position for about six months starting within two months.

Your responsibilities

• Ongoing work within accounts payable such as incoming registration, coding, and matching
• Payments of supplier invoices
• Handling and responding to incoming emails
• Participation in year-end closing work through bookings and account reconciliations

Your background

• Relevant education in finance
• You have previously worked in the Rillion system
• Experience with similar tasks in accounts payable and bookkeeping
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
