Agigo is now looking for an accounts payable assistant with experience in Rillion for a well-established company in central Stockholm. This is a temporary position for about six months starting within two months.
Your responsibilities
- Ongoing work within accounts payable such as incoming registration, coding, and matching
- Payments of supplier invoices
- Handling and responding to incoming emails
- Participation in year-end closing work through bookings and account reconciliations
Your background
- Relevant education in finance
- You have previously worked in the Rillion system
- Experience with similar tasks in accounts payable and bookkeeping
- Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We are looking for someone who is positive, driven, and solution-oriented. You are service-minded, helpful, and collaborate well. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, work carefully and structured, and have a good ability to prioritize your tasks.
