We are now looking for a structured and service-minded office and accounting assistant for Fidior Bygg. In this role, you will actively contribute to a well-functioning finance and administration environment at the office, where you are a central person in the daily operations.

Location: Southern Stockholm, 100% on-site at the office

Your tasks

• Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
• Accounts receivable and accounts payable management, as well as invoice follow-up
• Invoicing and payment handling
• Payroll management
• Project accounting and ongoing reconciliation and follow-up of project finances
• Weekly planning and other office administration
• Coordination of purchases and deliveries
• Various ad hoc tasks where you serve as an important support point internally and assist with reconciliations and other administrative and finance-related tasks

You will work independently in your daily tasks but have access to the finance manager one day a week for support with more complex or technical accounting issues.

About you

You have a post-secondary education in finance. You have several years of experience in similar administrative and financial roles, preferably with ongoing bookkeeping and accounts management as part of your daily work. Experience from the construction industry or project accounting is highly meritorious.

As a person, you are structured, organized, and service-minded, and you enjoy varied tasks. You are used to communicating clearly and effectively, and you appreciate working in a dynamic role where you can balance and prioritize many parallel tasks. Additionally, you are characterized by independence and a stable, calm presence that allows you to always focus on solving tasks efficiently.
