Warranty Administrator at Riddermark Bil

About the role

As a warranty administrator, you will work with warranty and claims cases in our systems and have daily contact with both workshops and internal functions. You will receive a clear introduction, fixed working methods, and support from colleagues – while quickly gaining your own responsibilities. The role is administrative and structured, but also requires judgment, communication, and a desire to understand how technology, regulations, and customer cases are interconnected.

Responsibilities:

Processing warranty and claims cases in our systems
Administrative follow-up, documentation, and feedback
Dialogue with workshops and internal functions regarding cases
Contact with customers to explain decisions and next steps
Ensure that cases are handled correctly, consistently, and on time
Learn and follow established processes – and eventually contribute to improvements

We are looking for someone who

Is relatively new to the workforce but wants to work seriously and long-term
Has experience in administration, customer service, support, or similar
Is accustomed to working in digital systems and enjoys structure
Is meticulous, responsible, and appreciates clear frameworks
Wants to learn a field in depth and become confident in your role
Communicates clearly and professionally in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Has an interest in vehicles, technology, or how things work (you do not need to be an expert)

Meritorious:

Experience from the automotive industry, workshops, service, or support
Previous work with cases, claims, or administration

Salary range: 25,000-30,000 SEK/month depending on experience.
