About the position At Middlepoint, we are looking for a new service star to join our team! In this role, you will work as a floor host at our client's headquarters in Solna. As a floor host in this prestigious assignment, you will work in a social and business-oriented environment where you have the opportunity for development. You will be part of a service team, ensuring a well-functioning and pleasant working environment for the client.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Patrolling internal office areas and meeting rooms to maintain order and structure.

• Customer service and assistance to employees and visitors.

• Maintenance of coffee stations, including refilling, cleaning, and handling coffee machines.

• Restocking office supplies and ordering materials and coffee.

• Handling of error reports, simpler IT issues, and practical tasks such as changing light bulbs and repairing furniture.

• Arranging furniture and making minor changes in the office environment.

• Contacting suppliers to ensure deliveries and service.

Requirements for the position

• Fluent in Swedish and English

• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment

• Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite

• Completed high school education
