As a Sales Efficiency Manager at Telenor IoT, you will be a key player in developing and streamlining their end-to-end sales process. You will analyze how deals are driven from the first lead to closure and handover, identify bottlenecks, and suggest improvements that increase sales efficiency without creating unnecessary complexity. You will be based in the office in Solna but will have the opportunity to work from home about two days a week. We are looking for someone who can start the assignment immediately and who sees the role as a long-term commitment. Initially, we will sign a six-month agreement, with the plan and goal to transition to a direct employment with Telenor IoT thereafter.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities
As a Sales Efficiency Manager at Telenor IoT, you will:
- Analyze and improve Telenor IoT's end-to-end sales process to identify bottlenecks and increase efficiency
- Drive initiatives that increase selling time and reduce administrative work through smarter processes and automation
- Ensure effective use of CRM (Salesforce) and high data quality within the sales organization
- Follow up and analyze key sales KPIs and translate insights into concrete improvement proposals
- Be responsible for onboarding and training in the sales process
- Support Sales Performance Managers with analysis and continuous skill development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Product to ensure effective working methods
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Has a completed bachelor's degree in economics, sales, Process Management Operations, or similar
- Has 1–2 years of experience working with sales processes, business development, or a similar area
- Has good experience with CRM and lead generation systems, such as Salesforce and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Possesses good skills in analyzing data and transforming insights into practical improvements
- Has experience from B2B
- Has excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
It is a merit if you have
- Understanding of established practices in B2B sales, such as MEDDICC, Value Selling, or Solution Selling
- Experience with sales analysis or automation tools
- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce
