The Payroll Unit is one of the units in the HR department and consists of 18 people working with payroll administration and system management of the payroll system Personec P. We offer support to managers and employees on issues related to salary, taxes, employment contracts, and vacation. Support is provided via phone, e-services, email, and personal contact. We work in teams and are responsible for the entire payroll process, handling approximately 9,500 salaries each month. We have annual working hours, which means you can partially control your schedule. We are centrally located in Södertälje City Hall with bright, airy premises and good communications. It is also possible to work from home to some extent. As we are HBTQI certified, there is also an opportunity for you to learn more about this area, or perhaps you will be the one teaching us?

Your responsibilities

We are looking for a new energetic colleague who enjoys development and digitalization. You will work in a team and be responsible for the management towards your office. Furthermore, you will be involved in annual processes such as preparing materials for auditors as well as reporting and contact with authorities. You will work with colleagues in HR and the finance function to ensure data quality.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has:

Requirements:
- Relevant education in the payroll area.
- Several years of experience in payroll management.
- Experience in reading and interpreting collective agreements.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish both orally and in writing, as you will be providing support in your role.
- Very good computer skills in MS Office, especially Excel.

Meritorious:
- Experience working in Personec P and TimeCare.
- Experience in training on payroll issues.
- Experience with pensions and contracted insurances.
- Knowledge/experience within the collective agreement General Provisions, BÖK agreement, issuance of certificates, familiarity with authority contact and payroll reporting.
