ABOUT THE POSITION
Telge's vision is to challenge by combining business and social benefit. HR works with overarching strategic and operational HR issues. Telge aims for a good personnel policy to attract, retain, and develop the group's employees. The overarching, common goals for HR are to develop the group's HR strategies and provide professional HR support to the group's subsidiaries. The focus in the coming years is on developing Telge's employer brand, work environment, leadership development, culture, and competence supply.
In the role of HR Strateg, you will report to the HR Director and collaborate within the HR staff towards HR's common corporate goals. The HR Strateg is appointed to be responsible for HR issues in one or more of the group's companies. You have both strategic and operational responsibility for ensuring that the group's HR strategies, guidelines, and tools permeate the personnel work of the appointed companies. You will participate in business planning and management group work in the respective companies and work consultatively and needs-adaptively with management support in all HR matters.
Responsibilities:
- Independently plan the daily work with customers and partners
- Independently drive personnel matters together with the responsible manager
- Independently manage projects/investigations within the HR area
- Independently drive the salary review in collaboration with the responsible for salary formation in HR and the current company's CEO
- Participate in procurements and projects
- Employer representative
This is a consulting assignment via us at Academic Work from March 15 to August 31, with the possibility of extension.
JOB TASKS
Job Responsibilities
The role of HR Strateg involves providing qualified HR support to Telge's companies, driving strategic HR initiatives, and ensuring compliance with labor law and work environment.
- Provide management support in employer issues such as labor law, collective agreements, and union collaboration according to MBL.
- Support the companies in annual work planning regarding organizational and social work environment, occupational health, and rehabilitation.
- Quality assure personnel administration and handling of personal data according to GDPR.
- Report and analyze personnel key figures and initiate actions based on status.
- Provide management support in employer branding, recruitment, competence supply, and leadership and employee development.
- Drive, develop, and quality assure strategic issues within work environment and recruitment.
- Actively participate in LEAN work, digitization, and other continuous improvements of the business.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO
- Have an academic degree in HR or equivalent.
- Have several years of experience in qualified HR work.
- Are a proficient system user with a digital mindset for efficient processes.
- Have the ability to work consultatively with managers and management, build trust, and dare to challenge.
- Have a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing.
It is meritorious if you have:
- Experience in the work environment area.
- Experience in recruitment.
- Experience in developing processes and using statistics/data in decision-making.
