About the position

As a real estate coordinator, you will play a key role in our office. Your main tasks include supporting the agents in the sales process and providing our customers with exceptional service. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks, managing customer contacts, participating in purchasing processes, and marketing via social media. In addition, you will be responsible for keeping the office representative and in good condition.

To thrive in this role, we believe you are a stress-resistant and results-oriented person who loves meeting new people and values a professional and positive attitude. You find it easy to work in a fast-paced environment and are skilled at handling multiple tasks simultaneously. Your flexibility, drive, and ability to take initiative are important traits for succeeding and thriving in this role.

We are looking for someone who:

• Lives in Borås or nearby
• Has a high school education
• Has a B driver's license
• Has experience working with administration

Meritorious:

• Post-secondary education for real estate assistants or real estate agents
• Worked as a real estate agent or coordinator

Perhaps you are a newly graduated real estate agent and see this as an opportunity to enter the industry. As a real estate coordinator, you will gain valuable experience in the profession while building your skills and understanding of the entire sales process. This role can be an excellent first step for you if you wish to further develop and eventually work as a real estate agent with us.
