About the Department

Area 6 is one of Sahlgrenska University Hospital's seven areas and includes the operations of Ambulance Care and Prehospital Emergency Care, Specialist Medicine, Emergency Medicine and Geriatrics, Pulmonology, Allergy and Palliative Medicine, Thoracic and Cardiology, and Neurosurgery.

The area has approximately 2500 employees. Your placement will be in the HR department, which is part of the area's shared staff function.

Job Responsibilities

You will be offered an exciting and qualified job where you will be part of an engaged and dynamic HR department. We have a positive, unpretentious climate where everyone contributes to development and utilizes each other's expertise in the best way. We actively support the area's managers in all HR-related matters.

As an HR Specialist, you will participate in management group work within the operations. You will work with all HR-related issues. Particular focus in your role will be on salary formation, negotiations, and employer-related matters.

About You

We are looking for a development-oriented, engaged, and driven HR Specialist. You have an academic degree with a focus on HR and at least 3 years of experience in qualified HR work with salary formation, negotiations, and employer-related matters, preferably within the public sector.

You have good analytical skills, and your working style is proactive and systematic. You are communicative, have an easy time building good relationships, and collaborating.
