Are you a service-oriented, positive, and responsible person who enjoys meeting new people? Then this could be the job for you! Unda Camping & Resort is now looking for a receptionist who can help provide our guests with a fantastic experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome and register guests upon arrival
Answer phone calls and emails, provide information about the campsite's facilities and activities
Manage bookings and payments
Assist guests with inquiries and provide excellent service throughout their stay

We are looking for someone who:

Is outgoing, positive, and has a passion for customer service
Has good communication skills in both Swedish and English
Has a solution-oriented mindset and can handle stressful situations
Has experience in reception or service work (preferable but not required)
Is flexible and can work both weekends and evenings
