What does the role of Experienced Business Controller or Project Controller entail with us?

You will assist our clients in the controller role you have in your assignment. Common to our more qualified services is that you often become a sounding board for our clients and support them in the streamlining and development of existing processes and routines, coach and lead a workgroup, or play an important role in a business systems project. Our clients place great value on your expertise and the valuable experience you have built up over the years. If you encounter a new challenge with a client? How exciting, then you get the chance to develop! But don’t worry. We always support and help each other out on respective assignments, and there is always someone to ask internally, even if you are not working with the same client.

Location: Gothenburg.

The position is a permanent full-time employment starting by agreement.

Your profile

Requirements:

• Several years of experience working in the role of controller in a time- and project-intensive business
• You have previous experience working with one of the following: result monitoring, budget and forecasting, project accounting, project invoicing
• Good analytical skills
• Experience with the business systems Maconomy, Xledger, Rexor, or Visma PX
• Good knowledge of Excel
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
• University/college education or equivalent experience/education

Meritorious:

• Previous consulting experience
• Experience from the technical consulting industry
• Experience with IFS
• Experience with reporting/BI tools

Sundbom & Partners has been active for over 15 years, and we work almost exclusively with what we call time- and project-intensive businesses such as: consulting firms, agencies in various industries such as IT, engineering, auditing, management, PR-media, architects, and lawyers. Most of these clients use business systems with strong project accounting like Maconomy, Xledger, IFS, ReXor, or Visma PX.
