We are looking for a customer and personnel manager for a parental leave position with good chances of permanent employment.
As a customer and personnel manager, you will report directly to the Operations Manager/CEO, and together with them, take responsibility for the development and management of the business.
You are expected to be a good ambassador for AO Assistans AB and the values that the company represents.
As a representative of the company, you are expected to establish and maintain professional and good relationships between customers, staff, relatives/guardians, and authorities.
For AO Assistans AB, it is of utmost importance to have a legally secure and well-functioning assistance service. You are expected to be well-versed in the legislation in the area.
In your role as a customer and personnel manager, you are the right hand of the Operations Manager/CEO and you are responsible (in consultation with them) for:
· The primary customer contact.
· Ensuring that our customers have strong confidence in us and feel that we deliver assistance of very high quality.
· Ensuring that new customers receive a professional and knowledgeable response.
· Ensuring that our employees receive a professional and knowledgeable response and thereby feel strong confidence in us.
· Developing the business both economically and qualitatively.
With us, the pace is high and you are expected to be able to work independently. We apply a high degree of freedom under responsibility.
Travel is included in the job. We have customers throughout Västra Götaland and you are expected to visit customers with some frequency.
Profile:
We are looking for someone with documented previous experience in a similar position. Experience in LSS/personal assistance is a requirement.
We prefer that you have a university degree or life experience in social work/human resources and leadership.
You should be empathetic, flexible, attentive, calm, and solution-oriented.
