The administration is responsible for supporting operations in the areas of finance and quality, growth and business, HR and communication, digitalization and development, law and information security, secretariat and contact center. Together, we support the operations in the municipality, are responsible for strategic assignments, and provide service to our residents.

In Skara municipality, there is a central HR and communication unit, together we are 13 employees and one manager.

Our mission is to create/contribute to a strong employer brand where employees and leaders work together in collaboration. HR coordinates and develops a sustainable personnel policy through advice, support, and process management. We work closely with the operations to guide managers and ensure that HR processes maintain high quality and comply with applicable laws and agreements. We sit together in Skara's city hall, the premises are new, and we apply an activity-based working method. We are now looking for our new colleague! Welcome with your application!

The work involves

As an HR partner, you work closely with our managers to support, drive, follow up, and develop issues within the entire HR area. You are an important part of our engaged and knowledgeable HR team. Here we share experiences, ideas, and knowledge to support each other and create the best possible results for the operations.

You will work as one of two HR partners directed towards the care administration and in addition have a special responsibility for rehabilitation and health at the municipal level. You will lead processes, educate, and coordinate in this area and have system responsibility for the associated personnel system. The content of the assignment may change and be shaped based on your competence, your experiences, and the municipality's needs.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Human Resource Management at the university level or equivalent.
  • Preferably work experience from qualified HR work, preferably from municipal operations.
  • Good insight into HR work and the ability to independently drive work in collaboration with others.
  • Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems and working methods based on the opportunities of digitalization.
  • Ability to communicate and express yourself well in Swedish in both oral and written presentations.
  • It is an advantage if you have previously worked with rehabilitation and health-promoting work.
