JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for exam invigilators for the Examination Unit at the Education Administration ahead of the spring examinations. The Examination Unit operates on behalf of adult education and is aimed at those who need to obtain grades in upper secondary courses.

Your tasks will include preparing premises and equipment as well as receiving the candidates. You will inform about the examination arrangements and assist the candidates regarding the technical equipment. You are responsible for ensuring that the examinations are conducted in a legally secure manner. Other common tasks may be added to the position.

The working hours are scheduled in the evenings, primarily on Tuesdays. Approximate working hours are usually between 16:00-23:00. We use premises at Burgården Conference Center, located at Skånegatan 20.

QUALIFICATIONS

To thrive in and perform well in the role of exam invigilator, attention to detail, structure, and a sense of responsibility are required, as well as good collaboration skills.

We see that you have good initiative, are action-oriented, and have previous experience of independent work. You also need to have good digital competence. Experience and familiarity with pedagogical work in schools are advantageous. Furthermore, you should find it easy to inform and instruct larger groups. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.
