Our rental stations in Gothenburg (City and Landvetter Airport) are now seeking reinforcement in the form of a service-oriented Car Rental Agent/CSR (Customer Sales Representative) who wants to be part of an exciting development journey. The role of Car Rental Agent/CSR is varied, where your main task is to take care of our customers and cars, both of which are always in focus. You play an important role in the customer's experience of their rental, from the moment the customer picks up their car until the return, where your customer service is crucial.

You will assist the customer throughout their car rental, such as:

• Receiving bookings & inquiries from customers via phone, email, or in person
• Renting out cars & creating rental agreements
• Basic financial reporting
• Daily planning of the station's available fleet

A requirement for the position is a valid driver's license (B) and proficiency in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Furthermore, we believe you are an administrative star with a knack for learning new systems.
