About us

At Närhälsan Trollhättan rehabilitation clinic, we have 21 employees, including 12 physiotherapists, 6 occupational therapists, 2 medical secretaries in the cash register and reception, a unit manager, and an assistant.

We all care about providing our patients with good and professional care. The rehabilitation clinic is centrally located in Trollhättan. We collaborate with the municipality's 7 health centers and the regional hospital, NU-sjukvården, as well as other care providers in the municipality. It is important for us that the patient is at the center and receives good accessibility, good service with a friendly approach, and patient-safe care. We are a team characterized by high helpfulness towards each other regarding tasks and workload, and we create and share good working methods. About the job

The tasks as an administrator at rehab are very varied. You are responsible, together with the manager, for developing and following up on the operations' processes, routines, and working methods. You will work with producing, following, and analyzing statistics. Other administrative assignments, tasks, and representative roles are also included in the assignment, such as scheduling, logistics, the role of archive manager, and patient safety and environmental representative, etc. You are also our face to the public in our reception, with patient meetings involving reception and cash register registration, answering the phone, booking, rescheduling, and canceling patients. Various types of healthcare administrative tasks are also included in the position. It is important that you have experience and very good digital skills in Office programs. You are an important part of the team working to ensure that all patients receive good and safe care.

The position also includes the role of local IT administrator (LITA). Therefore, you as a candidate should have very good IT skills and an interest in IT issues. LITA should support in solving various IT problems for colleagues in the unit, take responsibility for error reporting and orders. The role also includes helping to support colleagues with knowledge in different programs.

About you

You enjoy working flexibly and switching between tasks. You can handle a high work pace, are flexible, responsible, and driven. It is very important that you have an interest in development and improvement work, which is a significant part of this job. Since the position involves many contact points, we expect you to have good collaboration skills, be used to taking your own initiatives, and be able to organize your work independently. You are meticulous, service-oriented, solution-focused, and always have a good attitude.

You have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written, very good IT skills, and are interested in being coordinating in the administrative support of the operations.

You should have experience working in primary care as well as similar tasks where you have been driving and coordinating various types of administrative tasks. It is an advantage to have training in health and medical care administration or equivalent administrative training.
