- Informing and communicating with incoming and outgoing students
- Providing support to students primarily via email
- Selecting outgoing students
- Promoting exchange agreements to students
- Managing and enhancing relationships with exchange partners
The work involves high peaks, especially at the start of the semester. If necessary, you are also expected to support other work within the group, even if those tasks are not normally part of your job description.
Employment Type
Permanent full-time position.

You should have:
- Relevant academic degree, at least a bachelor's degree
- Documented strong administrative skills, preferably experience in advanced higher education administration
- Very good knowledge of various types of system support, preferably from mobility systems such as MoveOn
