A new coworking space in Gamlestan, Gothenburg is looking for a Community Sales Manager for our upcoming office hotels. We are looking for someone who is motivated, customer-oriented, energetic, and a team player.

With us, customers rent various types of office solutions such as office or lounge memberships. Your workplace will be in Gothenburg. We offer varied tasks and great colleagues.

Examples of tasks:

• Welcome and take care of our customers and their visitors
• Answer phone calls and manage deliveries, mail, and packages
• Organize and attend customer events
• Ensure that the kitchen and premises are presentable
• Set up conference rooms
• Show, maintain, and sell office spaces
• Write contracts
• Contact with craftsmen, landlords, and other suppliers
• Sell and market your coworking space

Who are you?

You need to be able to read, write, understand Swedish and English, and speak fluently, as well as be familiar with computers and phones as work tools. Knowledge of office programs or similar is necessary. To succeed in this role, you need 1-2 years of work experience in hotels, reception, administration, and sales.
