Your role

Do you want a varied and meaningful job where your contribution makes a difference every day? At Capio Healthcare Center and Rehab in Lysekil, we are now looking for an engaged and positive medical secretary who also wants to be our face to the public at the reception.

In the role of medical secretary with us, you are a key person in our operations, and we offer a day filled with varied tasks and close collaboration with colleagues in different professions. One of our colleagues will go on parental leave, so we are now offering a one-year temporary position with the possibility of extension.

Your main tasks include:

• Administration with a focus on healthcare documentation.
• Writing dictations and handling other administrative assignments.
• Mail handling and work in the journal system Medrave, which is an important tool for us.
• Staffing the reception, where you meet and guide our patients. The work in the reception includes cash handling and requires a warm and service-oriented attitude, as you will be the first impression of our healthcare center.
