Job Description

You will be part of a payroll team that provides service and consultative support to our clients.

The Property, Support and Service Administration develops processes and solutions that make it easy for our clients within the Västra Götaland Region to focus on their core activities.

As a payroll consultant, you will primarily work with the following tasks:

• support via phone, email, and through our case management system regarding scheduling, payroll, and contractual issues related to salary
• registration and quality control in the payroll process
• drafting employment contracts and certificates
• training and information initiatives

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in payroll administration. Alternatively, you have other education that, combined with work experience in payroll administration, is considered equivalent. You have experience working with administrative tasks and are used to providing payroll-related customer service and support to clients via phone. Your digital competence is very good, and you easily understand and learn to work in various systems and with digital working methods.

As a person, you are engaged and self-driven, taking responsibility for your own development while contributing to the team's success. You thrive on change and are ready to take the initiative to improve both yourself and the unit's working methods. We highly value good collaboration skills, as you will work closely with your colleagues, and you have a very good ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with colleagues, other units, and clients. Furthermore, you are flexible and can easily reprioritize. You are structured and organized, ensuring that work and quality controls are correct. Our organizational language is Swedish, which means you need to master the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

It is advantageous if you have previously worked in case management systems and the payroll system Heroma.
