Experienced Business Controller Wanted in Gothenburg

We are now looking for an experienced and driven Business Controller for an exciting assignment in Gothenburg, Sweden. The assignment runs from January 20, 2025, to December 31, 2025. As part of a leading global company in the manufacturing industry, known for innovation and quality, you will play a key role in strengthening our team and contributing to our continued success.

In this role, you will act as a strategic business partner to management and have a central role in driving financial performance, risk management, and value creation.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Business Support: Collaborate with and coach business teams to achieve superior financial performance.
• Financial Governance: Define and implement financial governance principles that support our business models.
• Policy Development: Develop and manage policies for forecasting, key performance indicators, performance metrics, cost calculations, and investments.
• Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and monitor financial and operational performance, as well as suggest and implement corrective actions.
• Meeting Participation: Participate in financial review meetings with various stakeholders.
• Ad-hoc Analysis: Provide financial and operational analyses to support strategic and tactical decisions.

Who are you?

• You have at least 10 years of relevant experience in financial governance, analysis, and business support.
• You have strong analytical skills and the ability to work strategically and operationally.
• You are a strong communicator with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with various stakeholders.
• You have experience in driving and implementing financial processes and policies.
