Transdev is looking for a Recruiter

You will work for one of the market-leading companies in passenger transport with a socially important function.

About the Position

You will drive several parallel recruitment processes and work closely with the hiring managers in the organization. In this role, you will primarily recruit bus drivers for our depots, but it may also be relevant to recruit other competencies.

You will work throughout the recruitment process, from taking requirement profiles, designing ads, searching, conducting phone and in-depth interviews, reference checks, and presenting offers to final candidates. You will represent Transdev at recruitment events and drive your own projects within recruitment. Other administrative tasks may also occur.

Your placement will be at our depot in Gothenburg and you will report to our Training and Recruitment Manager.

Who are you?

You have an education in HR or some years of experience working with recruitment and being responsible for the entire recruitment chain.

As a person, you are positive and forward-thinking and have no problem creating and maintaining contact with both managers and colleagues at Transdev as well as with candidates. You should be goal-oriented and have no problem driving several parallel recruitment projects at the same time. As a person, you are structured and orderly. You have an analytical ability to identify the right candidate. Furthermore, you are a person who thrives in a role where you can provide service and act as a consultative support in recruitment matters.

We work in the recruitment tool Teamtailor, and you do not need to have knowledge of the system as you will learn it.

You have good knowledge of Swedish and English in both spoken and written form.
