We are currently seeking a social and positive person who is fluent in Finnish, both spoken and written, for an initial assignment of approximately 6 months with good opportunities for extension and possibly later transition to the client.
The client is in an exciting phase and is looking for a person to join their customer support department located in Gothenburg. You will be part of a larger Nordic team and have several Finnish-speaking colleagues.
The work involves customer support for the Finnish market as well as handling ongoing administrative tasks where a generally structured mindset is beneficial. We prefer someone who enjoys working in an outgoing coordinating role with varied tasks.
The ideal candidate should be flexible and able to prioritize among different tasks throughout the day. Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage. Good knowledge of English is a requirement.
