About the position
The advertised position is a parental leave cover in one of our import teams and extends until August 2026.
In the role of customer service representative, you will have daily contact with our customers. Here, we handle everything that is important for our customers, such as their bookings, answering questions and requests, managing invoices, and providing the service and products that the customer needs. We are with them every step of the way. Sometimes problems arise, and we are always there to listen to our customers and help find good solutions. We nurture our relationships with our customers, and all our employees have their own customer responsibility. We see it as an advantage to work over the phone and with digital meetings, although email and business systems are part of everyday life.
Are you our next colleague?
In addition to enjoying customer contact, we would like you to have worked for a couple of years in a similar role. If you have a few years of experience in transport or shipping, it could be beneficial. You are flexible and take the initiative to help both customers and colleagues. You are receptive to others' opinions and experiences and are curious and driven to develop in your work. We are both local and global, so you speak and write both Swedish and English fluently; this is a requirement for daily communication with our customers and colleagues around the world. You have no problem working in various business systems, and we would like you to have experience working in Excel.
