We are now looking for a creative and detail-oriented marketing and photo coordinator.

About the Role

In the role of marketing and photo coordinator, you will:

• Manage product flows from incoming products to finished online products.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to create marketing materials (photos, videos, and texts) for e-commerce, marketplaces, social media, and printed materials for Swedemount's own brands.
• Collaborate with different departments and prepare for photo shoots.
• Be responsible for studio preparations and collaborate on photo samples.
• Prepare outfits and styles, both independently and in a team, for photo shoots.
• Prepare for models' arrivals, during, and after in the photo studio together with colleagues.
• Write compelling texts for the production of product and category texts.
• Work closely with the e-commerce team to manage photos, videos, and texts from external brands.
• Assist with media management and editing for respective websites, marketplaces, and social media to ensure accurate representation of colors, sharpness, and information related to the product.
• Maintain contact with stores and external partners as needed.

Personal Qualities:

To succeed with us, it is important to be structured, flexible, and unpretentious. You should be able to prioritize and work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with good communication and collaboration skills.

It is advantageous if you also have experience in any of the following:

• Experience working in production, photo studio, coordination, and familiarity with Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Capture One, Orbitvue, or similar programs is a plus.
• Experience in planning and/or executing photo shoots in various environments.
• Experience in creating content for various media such as newsletters, websites, and social media.
• Relevant education and experience, preferably in fashion or sports.
• Basic web and e-commerce experience is beneficial.

The position is a permanent employment of 100% starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date is according to agreement. We have collective agreements and other benefits for our employees that we will share more about during an interview.

Swedemount Sportswear & Fashion AB started in 1991 and today has 18 stores under the name Sportshopen and one store under the name Bazar. In Sörred outside Gothenburg, we have our 20,000 sqm automated warehouse and office.
