As Team Leader for our Checkout/Front Store, you will:

• Work with checkout services, customer service, and restocking.
• Ensure that the daily operations at the checkout run satisfactorily by leading and distributing work in the checkout line.
• Work with staffing planning during illness, etc.
• Contribute to ensuring that our customers leave the store with a feeling of world-class customer service.
• Actively work in the store, which requires you to be creative and inspired by meeting and developing other people.
• Collaborate with your colleagues to create a pleasant, efficient, and sales-oriented work environment.

You will report to the Sales Manager Checkout, who also has personnel responsibility for the department.

Our stores are open every day of the year, which means that working evenings and weekends is a natural part of store work.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has previous experience in retail and working with checkout services and front store.
• Has previous experience in a role equivalent to Team Leader Checkout.
• Has previous experience in a leadership position.
• Has financial knowledge related to the work area.
• Is a team player and passionate about delivering great customer service.
