About the assignment

We are looking for a Real Estate Economist with experience in contractual issues and rental law for an assignment in the real estate department within a municipality in Skaraborg. The assignment is full-time, with a desired start as soon as possible, and is expected to last for about 6 months.

Your main tasks include:

• Working with contract management and legal issues focusing on rental law.

• Contributing economic expertise and support in financial matters.

• Participating in business development by improving and streamlining work methods and processes.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A foundational education in economics and experience from the real estate industry.

• Experience in handling contracts and rental legal issues.

• The ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive work forward.

• An interest and commitment to business development and process improvements.

As a person, you are structured, communicative, and solution-oriented. You enjoy taking responsibility and are happy to contribute new ideas to create value in the organization.
