JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are now looking for a colleague for the unit of preparation and analysis!

The unit is responsible for overall management and operational support; for example, investigations and referrals, process mapping, planning, and follow-up of overall goals and assignments, plans, and programs.

You will lead the department's work with handling statistics and conduct analyses from an overarching perspective. You will support the department's operations and contribute to producing relevant data, being able to analyze based on target groups in relation to costs or other needs identified by the department. You should be able to assist with analysis, design, and development of reports. You will support the department in better seeing, understanding, and acting on its data.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone with a university degree equivalent to at least 180 credits in statistics, data analysis, political science with a focus on quantitative analysis, or other relevant education deemed suitable for the position by the employer.

You need to have good knowledge of Excel, and it is considered an advantage if you have experience working with data analysis and analysis tools such as Qlik Sense, Power BI, R, or SPSS. It is also advantageous if you have worked with and have good knowledge of the department's core mission and have experience in a politically governed organization.

You should be able to effectively identify and analyze the core of a problem, as well as see connections and draw logical conclusions from limited and/or complex information. It is important that you can adapt the way you communicate your message depending on the recipient and that you encourage dialogue and participation.

We believe you are motivated to learn new things and develop, that you regularly monitor the external environment and reflect on what needs to be developed in your operations. To succeed in the role, you need to see your work as part of a larger context and collaborate with others on overarching issues to create value.
