About the Role

As a Business Navigator at Centiro, you’ll play a key role in shaping the structure and success of our deals. Your responsibilities include validating deal dynamics, ensuring profitability, and designing business models that align with both our strategic goals and customer needs. You'll also focus on creating structured deals that result in consistent and predictable revenues.

You’ll work closely with teams across the organization as a support function for deal estimations, pricing strategies, and revenue follow-ups. This includes conducting post-calculations to assess profitability and ensuring deals deliver value for customers while being cost-effective for Centiro.

By refining pricing models and ensuring the business model is tailored to different types of customers, you will help drive both immediate and long-term success. You will also help identify and create value in deals, ensuring win-win solutions for both Centiro and its partners.

Through strategic thinking and operational precision, you’ll shape our revenue streams, support business development efforts, and help refine our pricing strategies. Whether exploring new markets, developing actionable insights, or supporting ongoing operations, your work will be central to Centiro’s mission and growth journey.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of three years of experience in business controlling, development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Swedish, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Highly curious, solution-oriented with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative business models.
  • Confident and assertive - able to challenge ideas and decisions when necessary, balancing integrity with professionalism.
  • Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in the tech industry.
  • Strong business focus, balancing strategy with practical execution to drive results.
  • A mindset for continuous improvement, self-development, and adaptability, always seeking ways to do better.
  • Team player with energy, enthusiasm, and a win-win mindset for all stakeholders.
